Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — shipping is free on all orders within India. International orders above ₹25,000 also ship free; below that, shipping charges are shown at checkout.

When will my order be dispatched?

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of being placed. Customised pieces take a little longer — we share the timeline when we confirm your design.

How long does delivery take?

2–7 days within India and 5–12 days for international orders, depending on your location.

Do you ship outside India?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Any customs duties, taxes or government charges in your country are not included in the shipping charge and are paid by the customer.

Can I change my delivery address?

Yes, as long as the order hasn't been dispatched. Message us on WhatsApp with your order number and the new address.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes. Our team will contact you to confirm your COD order, and we dispatch it once you confirm.Please note: if a COD order is refused at delivery, future orders can only be placed as prepaid.

Can I return my order?

We follow a no-refund policy, but we're happy to help with an exchange or store credit. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.

How do I exchange a piece?

Message us on WhatsApp or email hello@kaashnii.com within 3 days of delivery. A pick-up and re-shipping charge of ₹300 applies anywhere in India. Each design can be exchanged once.

Can I exchange items bought on sale?

Items bought during a sale are not eligible for exchange. Please check size and colour before ordering.

Can I customise a design?

Yes! Send us your outfit on WhatsApp — we can match stones, adjust length or rework a design as close to your vision as possible.

Can customised pieces be exchanged?

Customised designs are shipped only after you confirm them, so they can't be exchanged unless they arrive damaged.

What are your pieces made of?

Our kundan and polki pieces are handcrafted in 22K gold plated silver alloy, set by experienced artisans.

Why does my piece look slightly different from the photo?

Many of our stones are natural, so colour and sometimes shape can vary slightly from the website images. It's what makes each piece one of a kind.

How do I care for my jewellery?

Keep it away from water, perfume and lotions.Put it on last and take it off first.Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth after wearing.Store each piece separately in an airtight pouch or box.

Do you repair or re-polish jewellery?

Yes — we offer repair, re-modification and re-polishing. Charges depend on the work needed; email hello@kaashnii.com for a quote. Shipping is paid by the customer.
