FOR DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on all domestic orders.
  • For COD orders, our team will connect with you to confirm the order. The order dispatch will only happen after the customer’s confirmation.
  • Orders are dispatched within 24-48hrs after the order is received. Please note that this does not applies to customized orders which may take longer to make.

Note - There might be delays due to unforeseen circumstances like a natural calamity, political reasons, suspension of services by the courier company.

  • If the customer has refused to accept one COD order, only a prepaid order will be accepted from them thereafter.
  • Address change is only possible before the order has been dispatched.
  • Delivery times ranges from 2-7 days depending upon your location.

 

FOR INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Shipping charges are applicable on International orders. These charges do not include any custom charges, duties or any other government charges applicable in your country. These charges are to be borne by the customer. 
  • We offer FREE SHIPPING on orders ABOVE Rs 25,000.
  • The shipping charges are exclusive of custom charges or taxes levied as per your country’s custom guidelines. These charges are to be borne by the customer.
  • Orders are dispatched within 24-48hrs after the order is received. Please note that this does not applies to customized orders which may take longer to make.
  • Delivery time ranges from 5-12 days depending upon your location.
