FOR EXCHANGES

 

All designs at Kaashnii are handcrafted by the artisans of India lending each design a uniqueness personal to it.

The color of our design may also vary from the pictures displayed on the website as the stones we use are of organic nature and so vary in color and, sometimes shape as well.

We aim at providing the best services to our customers alongside our unique and beautiful designs. Please refer below to understand how we process exchanges –

We have a NO REFUND policy; we only provide EXCHANGE AND STORE CREDIT.

 

FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS

 

• In case you do not like what you have bought, connect with our customer care team within 3-DAYS of receipt. After the mentioned time period no exchanges will be accepted. NO REFUNDS are possible.
• Designs bought on SALE (including all sales) CANNOT BE EXCHANGED.
• Customized designs are shipped only after the customer’s confirmation and CANNOT BE EXCHANGED UNLESS DAMAGED.
• A design can only be exchanged once.
• The shipping charges of the pick-up and shipping of the exchange are to be born by the customer. The applicable shippping charge throughout India is Rs 300.

 

 

FOR REPAIR

Kaashnii offers repair, remodification and repolishing services to its customers. The charges solely depend on the nature of the service. Please send us an email to find out more.
