Before you return a Kaashnii design, we urge you to take a moment to understand how each design is made. Most of our designs are handcrafted by traditional Indian jewellery making techniques with natural stones, resulting in each design being slightly different from each other. The stones tend to differ in their shape and color.
All the order go through quality check before shipping.
Returns and exchanges are offered only in case you have received a damaged or incorrect design. This needs to be brought to our notice within 3 days of receipt.
In case you have received a design that got damaged in-transit or you have received a wrong design you may return them exactly the way you received them, unused, with original packaging.
You may please send us a whatsapp message on +91 8899825707 with the damaged/incorrect design's picture and your order number. Our team will review and do the needful after approval.
We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages. We are not liable for any returns that we were not notified about first, within the afore mentioned time period.
We do NOT offer REFUNDS
Exchange once for an order, cannot be exchanged again unless transit danage is involved (after approval from QC team)
If the customer needs a second exchange, the shipping and returns shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

After you confirm your design and order, 20% advance payment needs to done which is refundable only in-case we are unable to provide the design on the committed day.
